For emergencies (sickness, urgent business fires you need to put out, extreme weather that prohibits us from attempting our shoot, etc.) I allow reschedules with 0 penalty up to 1 year from initial booking.

If I’ve already booked travel accommodations, any difference in travel expenses will be due when rescheduling.

For non-ideal weather (chilly weather, hot weather, rain at a level that still allows us to do our shoot, windiness, etc.) or any other non-emergency reason, I offer reschedules for a fee of $500, available up until 1 day from the shoot, and payment is due at the time of reschedule. This non-emergency option is only available for non-travel shoots here in Austin, TX.

I’ve done dozens of shoots in non-deal weather (106F Austin heat, 20F Denver winters, windy conditions, rainy days) and me and my clients still had a great time getting photos that get them results on dating apps. Whatever life throws us, I’ve got your back.
